• 2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Water, for thinning as desired
  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; let rest for at least an hour to allow flavours to meld.
  2. Taste and thin with water, if desired.
  3. One tablespoon equals one serving.
