The combination of soy sauce and brown sugar gives a Teriyaki flavor.

Ingredients:
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) dry white wine
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) light soy sauce
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
Method:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass container.
  2. Store in the refrigerator.
