Ingredients:


  • 200 gms (7 oz) Green Coriander (Cilantro)
  • 250 gms (9 oz) Amla (Indian Gooseberries)
  • 100 gms ( 3 1/2 oz) Green Chillies
  • 1 small Ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method :
  1. Clean and wash the coriander.
  2. Chop the amla into small pieces and remove the seed.
  3. Chop green chillies and ginger.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a mixer and make it into a fine paste.


 Prepare and use freshly.
