Ingredients:

  • 2250 gm (~5lbs) Short Ribs (thin cut)
  • 240 ml (1 cup) of sugar
  • 360 ml (1 ½ cups) of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons baked sesame seeds
  • 240 ml (1 cup) chopped green onion
  • 120 ml (½ cup) chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Cooked White Rice for Serving

   
Method:

Combine all ingredients and marinate short ribs for 2 + hours.
Place on a HOT bbq for about 3-4 minutes per side (to desired colour). Serve with white rice.
