Ingredients:
     
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
2 scallions chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
1 tbsp. peanut oil


Method:

Cut pork in 1/4-inch thick slices.
Combine first 7 ingredients and marinate the pork in the combination for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
Place on lightly oiled roiling pan and broil 5 minutes on each side, basting with the sauce.
