Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, good stuff
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 dash Korean red pepper powder (kochu garu) or other chillie powder (optional)
  • 1 dash toasted sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion


Method:

Combine ingredients and serve in a bowl as accompaniment to Chon (dumplings) or pan fried vegetables.
