Pieces of chicken particularly containing bone is deep fried after a process of marinading. This is seen as a side in most Thai restaurants and is extremely popular.

  • 200 gms (7 oz) Chicken Wings
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  1. Clean and chop the chicken wings.
  2. Mix the chicken wings with salt, black pepper and lemon juice and leave it to marinade for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat 50ml (4 Tbsp) of oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
Serve as a side dish and is popular as a drinking snack. Serve with cucumber,  tomato slices and chillie sauce.
