The process involves two procedures:
a.    Preparation of the noodle pancake
b.    Preparation of the topping

Ingredients:
  • 500 gm (~1 lb) chicken livers
  • 1 small onion
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) celery
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) stock
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 250 gm (~1/2 lb) egg noodles
