A ginger dipping sauce for grilled, fried fish or boiled meats.



Ingredients :
  • 60 ml (¼ Cup) fresh limejuice. (Approximate 2 lime)
  • 60 ml (¼ Cup) hot water.
  • 60 ml (¼ Cup) sugar.
  • 60 ml (¼ Cup) fish sauce.
  • 80 ml (1/3 Cup) fresh ginger. Grated.
  • 2 Gloves fresh garlic. Minced.
  • 3 hot chillies. Chopped. (optional)
Method:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
